rainy weather can be fraught with delays and frustrations. And if you
are the SUV in the accident up ahead, well, your whole day will be
spoiled at the very minimum.
Wet weather is a time for increased caution and decreased speed. A high percentage of accidents on rain slicked highways are caused by drivers going too fast for the conditions that exist on the roadway at the time.
