|Topic: Pay Special Attention to These Items on Your SUV in Summer|
warm summer months there are several things listed below you should pay
special attention to if you are going to drive your Sport Utility
vehicle off the road.
Assure your cooling system is in top shape and watch your engine temperature constantly for signs of overheating.
Carry 1 to 3 gallons of extra water, some for you and some for your SUV in case it gets thirsty.
Have your air conditioning system serviced to assure that it is in good working condition.
Exercise dirt and dust control by keeping the windows closed as much as possible. Dust will get into everything inside your SUV. Avoid driving with the tail gate or rear window open. Not only will this fill up your SUV with dirt and dust quickly, dangerous exhaust gases will enter from the rear also.
